warning...warningWhen ordering through the green scorpion please note WE "The Green Scorpion" have the right to hold back animals from posting during extreme temperatures.We will not post out on days when temperatures are viewed to be extreme. This is decided upon by The Green Scorpion. This policy has been enforced to protect the live animals in transit. If orders are held back they will be posted on the following Monday weather permitting. If deaths occur we need the deceased animal to be posted back to us. This must be done on the day you receive the package or we will NOT reissue a replacement. There will be no guarantee on orders that don't have the correct name and address on the order for. It is important that all details are correct. Replacement will incur a new postal charge. There is no guarantee on glass tanks and they are freighted at buyers own risk. PLEASE NOTE..The sizes on the website are an average only as we have to many spiders to measure individually and you may get one larger or smaller. We do our best to supply you the largest possible. CANCELLATION (HOLDING) POLICY If for any reason you would like to cancel your order after payment has been recieved (this refers to new orders only that have been paid for but not been sent) the refund will incur a $10 holding fee for orders under $50 or 25% of the total order, holding fee for orders above $50. This will be debited prior to your refund being processed. If a cancellation is sought after the product/item has been sent and received, it is at the discretion of The Green Scorpion. Many of the animals we sell are venomous and may bite or give a painful sting! Children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Care should also be taken when handling non venomous animals for the wellbeing of the animal. Constant handling or dropping will result in death of the animal. Please ensure you have read the appropriate caresheet for information about handling before making a purchase. *******Please take care and remember we do not recommend handling these inverts, however if you do chose to handle them, it is at your own risk********
